SIGNAL REFUND POLICY

This policy covers Ad Funds: money you prepay into your Signal ad balance to fund ads that Signal runs for you. Signal is operated by CloseMode AI LLC (“CloseMode AI,” “we,” “us”).

Any part of your prepaid ad balance that has not been spent on ads is refundable on request.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe’s processing fee is not refundable, so it is subtracted from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Money that has already been spent on ads is not refundable. The management fee on that spend is not refundable either.
